After payment you will receive a jot-form via email

In the form you will be required to fill out some info (name, UTR level, the shot your video will cover, and a 90 second video file of your shot, etc.)

Once you submit your jot-form your coach will go over ways to improve via the jot-form

Feedback may take up to 24 hours

Dear Player,

We appreciate your submission. After payment you will be able to submit you tennis video in the jotform link sent via email post-purchase. You will have to fill out all of the required portions of the form.

1. In your video it is highly recommended to record your clip from behind and both your left and right side.

2. If limited to one angle - your coach will get in contact for a possible different angle of the shot.

3. Make sure that there is enough space between you and the camera so your coach can see your full swing and body.
